What is Bombay Quotient anyway?
Bombay Quotient is a resource for entrepreneurs and start-ups to understand internet marketing and various tools they could use to leverage their business online. It is an attempt to translate internet jargon to marketing objectives for any organization that is looking to leverage their brand online. Hopefully, this approach, will clear the fog off of the glamour surrounding ‘internet marketing/web-marketing/web 2.0 marketing’ for a marketer and mainly focus on business benefits rather than ‘jargon’. Read about online marketing strategies, intuitive website design, web 2.0 tools and emerging media that could further your business on the world wide web.
(Don’t be too confused with the name. A bit of history on it is here.)
About me
I’m pursuing my MBA at Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business & Management (graduating in August 2009).
In the past, I’ve worked with various small and medium businesses in setting up their business-development strategies and brand-building campaigns on the internet. I undertook these projects under Web-Walk Enterprise Projects, a small office-home office business and this endeavour was an excellent learning experience. Some of the projects, I’ve worked on include search engine optimization, search engine marketing, search-engine friendly design, Web 2.0 marketing, mailing lists, etc. . To know more about these projects, click here.
Currently, I’m building a web-marketing solutions venture which would helps SMBs strategize their web-marketing roadmaps. More on that coming soon!
Although, I believe BQ can become more valuable with your feedback. Keep your suggestions coming in: ![]()
